What to Expect During Your Project

Starting a construction project comes with a lot of questions. Most people want to know how long things will take, when they will receive an estimate, and what will happen once the work begins. Our process is designed to keep everything transparent and predictable, so you always know your project’s stage and what comes next. If you have any questions, you can always give us a call, and we will walk you through it.

Estimate and Planning Timeline

Most estimates take one to three weeks, depending on the size of the job and whether we need pricing from outside vendors. We use this time to confirm materials, gather accurate numbers, and ensure the estimate reflects your vision and budget.

Job Coordination and Material Selection

You make your final material choices, and our team handles the rest. Your project coordinator and our purchasing department work together to order materials, submit permits, finalize drawings, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with subcontractors when needed. We keep you informed, so you always know where things stand.

Project Completion and Warranty

After the final work is complete, your project manager or salesperson walks you through the space and reviews the punch list. Once everything is finished, the project is officially closed. Many of our remodeling and roofing projects include a 3-year labor warranty, and all materials carry their manufacturer’s warranties. Your salesperson will explain exactly what applies to your project before work begins.

Estimate Appointment

Your salesperson meets with you to discuss your budget, goals, and the scope of the project. This is your chance to share what you want, ask questions, and get a sense of what the project may involve.

Project Scheduling

Once you decide to move forward and the signed contract and down payment are received, we add your project to our schedule. From there, we set up a pre-construction meeting with you, your salesperson, your project manager, and your project coordinator. This meeting covers the details that help the job run smoothly.

Project Start

When construction begins, your project manager becomes your main point of contact. They stay in touch, answer questions, relay updates, schedule labor, confirm special orders, track inspections, and make sure every part of the project moves forward as planned. Their job is to keep everything organized, so you do not have to.
